The trio discuss what makes a winter beer while tasting some special barrel-aged beers from Matt’s personal cellar. Matt shares insights on the changing world of craft beer, how climate change is affecting the lambic beers made in Belgium (which he’ll be featuring at the festival), Germantown’s beer-brewing roots in Nashville, and how he got a local brewery to put jelly doughnuts into a white stout.
